Submission and Acceptance

Once
you submitted a signed Insertion Order and the payment is
received, the advertising materials can be send to Caribseek using
as follows:

E-mail:
you can send your banners via e-mail as an attachment. This method of delivery is preferred.

WWW:
you can post your banners on the World Wide Web. Please provide the
location of the banner artwork by sending an e-mail to the appropriate e-mail
contact.

Please
include your start and end dates, Caribseek insertion order number, and scheduling
instructions when submitting your banners.

Once received,
Caribseek will check to see if the submitted advertising creative
meets Caribseek's requirements as
outlined in these pages.

Caribseek will then check to see if the supplied target URL's are active.

The advertising banner is then scheduled by
Caribseek to be placed into Caribseek's Advertisement Server program.

The advertiser will be
e-mailed a user-id and password to access Caribseek On-Target Statistics
Center.

Caribseek reserves the right to review,
request modifications or refuse any
advertisement submitted to Caribseek at any time at its sole
discretion.
