Submission and Acceptance

  • Once you submitted a signed Insertion Order and the payment is received, the advertising materials can be send to Caribseek using as follows:
     

    • E-mail: you can send your banners via e-mail as an attachment. This method of delivery is preferred.

    • WWW: you can post your banners on the World Wide Web. Please provide the location of the banner artwork by sending an e-mail to the appropriate e-mail contact.
       

  • Please include your start and end dates, Caribseek insertion order number, and scheduling instructions when submitting your banners.

  • Once received, Caribseek will check to see if the submitted advertising creative meets Caribseek's requirements as outlined in these pages.
     

  • Caribseek will then check to see if the supplied target URL's are active.
     

  • The advertising banner is then scheduled by Caribseek to be placed into Caribseek's Advertisement Server program.
     

  • The advertiser will be e-mailed a user-id and password to access Caribseek On-Target Statistics Center.
     

  • Caribseek reserves the right to review, request modifications or refuse any advertisement submitted to Caribseek at any time at its sole discretion.
